Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States and to most international destinations worldwide. Some remote regions may be unavailable at checkout due to carrier limits; if we can’t ship to your address, your order won’t be charged.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Made-to-order and natural-material pieces (such as driftwood) may take an extra 1–2 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking.

• U.S. standard: 3–7 business days after processing.
• U.S. expedited: 2–3 business days (calculated at checkout).
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. Below that, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout. The full shipping cost, plus any applicable taxes, is always displayed before you pay — never after.

Glass, mirrors, ceramics and candle pieces are flagged as fragile and ship double-boxed with protective packing and transit insurance at no extra cost. If a fragile item arrives damaged, see our Return Policy— we’ll make it right.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, or it appears lost in transit, email us within 14 days and we’ll open a carrier investigation and help resolve it.
