Returns & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.

To start a return, simply:

• Email support@dnaiwzj.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
• We’ll reply with a return authorization (RMA) and the return address within 2 business days.
• Ship the item back to us, packed to arrive safely. Keep your tracking number.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We initiate the refund within 2 business daysof receiving and approving your return; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear. We’ll email you when it’s sent.

For non-defective returns, the customer covers return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund (your choice) at no cost to you.

Inspect fragile items (glass, mirrors, ceramics) on delivery. If anything arrives broken or faulty, email us within 7 days of deliverywith a photo and your order number. Because these items ship insured, we’ll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund.

For hygiene, safety and the nature of the goods, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective:

• Opened or used textiles (towels, pillow covers, blankets, rugs).
• Burned or used candles and opened candle sets.
• Final-sale or clearance items, clearly marked at purchase.

Natural materials (driftwood, shells, mouth-blown glass) vary in grain, tone and dimension by up to ±10%. This natural variance is expected and is not considered a defect.

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
