You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

We sell decorative home goods. We work to display colors, materials and dimensions accurately, but your screen may vary, and natural materials (driftwood, shells, mouth-blown glass) vary in grain, tone and size by up to ±10%. This variance is expected and is part of the product. Our products are decorative only and are not safety, marine, life-saving or navigational equipment.

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time before an order is placed.
• Applicable shipping and taxes are shown in full before you confirm payment.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; by paying, you also agree to their terms. Charges appear as “SALTYDOG COASTAL” on your statement.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; you’ll be refunded in full if so.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All site content, product designs, photography, text and our original motifs are owned by or licensed to CAMP SALTY DOG, INC. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

Our designs are entirely original. We do not use, imitate or imply affiliation with any government, military, naval or coast-guard insignia, any cruise line or shipping company, or any third-party home or lifestyle brand. If you believe content here infringes your rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting fraudulent transactions, card testing, scraping, interfering with security features, or using the site unlawfully.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
